High-quality components are essential for the production of energy-efficient heating, cooling and air-conditioning technology. This is crucial both in the manufacture of the devices and in their installation in homes and industrial environments. We are one of Europe’s leading manufacturers of heat pump components and supply the world’s leading heating, refrigeration and air conditioning manufacturers.<\/p>\n

In our modern production facilities in Germany, equipped with specially designed clean rooms, cleaning and testing systems and highly trained operators, we manufacture reliable components tailored to individual customer requirements. These components are intended for use in a variety of media, from industrial gases and coolants to drinking water and service water.<\/p>\n

Our refrigeration and air conditioning products undergo rigorous cleaning and drying processes, meeting the purity standards required for each specific application. To ensure quality, products with cleanliness requirements are manufactured in our self-sufficient cleanrooms according to VDA 19 Part 2, with gas and compressed air supply independent of the building network, as well as their own ventilation system.<\/p>\n

In response to the growing demand for customized technical solutions, we created an R&D department dedicated to the piping technology division. This division has become the core of our operations, enriching us with a wealth of experience that our customers value.<\/p>\n

AZ INTEC has become the preferred partner when it comes to critical media applications, offering customized solutions in fields such as medical and industrial gases, high quality fittings and tubing for various industries, as well as technical hose finishing for specific applications and transport of hazardous substances.<\/p>\n
