La diff\u00e9rence r\u00e9side dans le fait que le tuyau ondul\u00e9 en inox ne se comporte pas comme le cuivre. Sa structure \u00e0 ondulations parall\u00e8les agit comme une cha\u00eene articul\u00e9e : elle r\u00e9partit la contrainte de courbure sur toute la longueur de la courbe sans aplatir la section transversale. Cela permet de le plier \u00e0 la main, sans outils, directement sur le chantier.   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mais cet avantage pr\u00e9sente une limite technique bien pr\u00e9cise. Cet article explique en quoi consiste cette limite, comment appliquer la bonne technique et quelles erreurs rendent une installation caduque, m\u00eame si elle semble visuellement bien r\u00e9alis\u00e9e. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Le seul param\u00e8tre technique que vous devez retenir<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Rayon minimal du syst\u00e8me CATS : compris entre 1,20 et 1,70 fois le diam\u00e8tre ext\u00e9rieur du tuyau.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cette valeur est certifi\u00e9e par <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.azintec.com\/es\/\" type=\"link\" id=\"https:\/\/www.azintec.com\/es\/\">AZ Intec<\/a><\/strong> avec la certification allemande DVGW. Au-del\u00e0 de cette limite, le tuyau conserve sa section compl\u00e8te et son d\u00e9bit nominal dans des conditions d\u2019installation normales. En dessous, les ondulations de la face int\u00e9rieure s\u2019affaissent et la section se r\u00e9duit.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La donn\u00e9e \u00e0 prendre en compte pour le calcul est le diam\u00e8tre ext\u00e9rieur r\u00e9el, et non le DN nominal. Mesurez avant de couper. <\/strong>  Calculez la longueur totale avant de couper le tuyau. Le syst\u00e8me CATS est fourni en rouleaux de 4, 10, 20 et 60 m\u00e8tres et se coupe \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide du coupe-tube CATS 250. Une mesure erron\u00e9e vous obligera \u00e0 refaire le tron\u00e7on.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u00c9tape 2. Positionner correctement vos mains. <\/strong>  Placez vos mains de part et d&rsquo;autre du point de pliage. La distance entre elles doit \u00eatre proportionnelle au diam\u00e8tre : 8 \u00e0 10 cm pour les DN8 \u00e0 DN12, et 12 \u00e0 15 cm pour les DN15, DN20 et DN25. Plus l&rsquo;\u00e9cart est grand, meilleure est la r\u00e9partition de l&rsquo;effort.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u00c9tape 3. Appliquez la force progressivement. <\/strong>  Le pliage s&rsquo;effectue dans un seul plan, sans torsion axiale. La force est appliqu\u00e9e progressivement, en tournant doucement les poignets jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 l&rsquo;angle souhait\u00e9. Si vous ressentez une r\u00e9sistance brusque ou entendez un craquement, arr\u00eatez-vous : vous travaillez \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 du rayon minimal ou un accessoire se trouve trop pr\u00e8s.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u00c9tape 4. V\u00e9rifier visuellement cette partie. <\/strong>  Apr\u00e8s le virage, observez le point de courbure maximale. Les ondulations de la face ext\u00e9rieure doivent \u00eatre l\u00e9g\u00e8rement espac\u00e9es, celles de la face int\u00e9rieure l\u00e9g\u00e8rement comprim\u00e9es, mais sans s&rsquo;affaisser. Si une ondulation s&rsquo;est affaiss\u00e9e ou si la section a perdu sa forme circulaire, le virage est trop serr\u00e9 et il faut refaire ce tron\u00e7on.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/az-broquetas.es\/caracteristicas-tubo-corrugado-inox\">syst\u00e8me CATS<\/a><\/strong> permet de r\u00e9aliser des coudes \u00e0 90\u00b0 sans accessoires suppl\u00e9mentaires, ce qui \u00e9limine les points de raccordement et r\u00e9duit le risque de fuite.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Cinq erreurs qui rendent une installation techniquement non conforme<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Voici les erreurs qui sont le plus souvent \u00e0 l&rsquo;origine de probl\u00e8mes ult\u00e9rieurs, m\u00eame lorsque l&rsquo;installation semble correcte une fois termin\u00e9e :<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1. Ondulation affaiss\u00e9e sur la face interne.<\/strong>  Si une ou plusieurs ondulations se sont compl\u00e8tement affaiss\u00e9es, la section est endommag\u00e9e. La courbe doit \u00eatre refaite. Elle n&rsquo;est pas r\u00e9cup\u00e9rable.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2. Courbe r\u00e9alis\u00e9e trop pr\u00e8s d&rsquo;un raccord.<\/strong>  La zone de cintrage doit commencer \u00e0 au moins deux diam\u00e8tres de l&rsquo;extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 du raccord. Un cintrage plus proche transmet la force au raccord et peut compromettre l&rsquo;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 du raccordement. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3. \u00c9crasement partiel de la section.<\/strong>  Si la section transversale au point de courbure maximale a perdu sa forme circulaire, cela entra\u00eene une restriction du d\u00e9bit. Il faut la couper et la refaire. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4. Torsion axiale simultan\u00e9e au pliage.<\/strong>  Si, lors du cintrage, une torsion est \u00e9galement exerc\u00e9e sur l&rsquo;axe du tube, les ondulations r\u00e9agissent de mani\u00e8re impr\u00e9vue et risquent d&rsquo;\u00eatre endommag\u00e9es. Le cintrage doit toujours s&rsquo;effectuer dans un seul plan. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>5. Vibrations sans amortisseur en cas de raccordement direct \u00e0 la pompe.<\/strong>  Le tuyau CATS raccord\u00e9 directement \u00e0 une pompe \u00e0 chaleur, sans aucun \u00e9l\u00e9ment amortisseur de vibrations, peut subir une fatigue au niveau de la partie la plus proche de la machine.
