SOLAR THERMAL, HEATING AND COOLING SYSTEMS

CATS flexible corrugated pipes equipped with PES fiber coating acquire excellent insulation attributes. In addition, the practical mounting accessory offers the possibility of easy mounting in building construction. That is why the Cats system is ideal for the installation of solar thermal, heating and cooling systems.

They are supplied in rolls of double pipe with insulation and cable for the installation of the thermal probe, apart from being crimped at one end and finished with 2 female nuts.

The PES (polyester) fiber coating has a high protection film against UV rays and mechanical wear. This insulation makes the pipe suitable for continuous operating temperature up to 200°C.

Pressed fittings

A user can equip a pipe with female or male union nuts by means of the CATS 120 manual crimping machine at the assembly site.

C-Klip System

No special tools are required to join corrugated pipe. The system is based on 2 O-rings, the clamping ring and the nut.

Solar tube fittings

No special tools are required to join a corrugated pipe to a copper pipe. All you need is a pipe cutter (preferably Cats 250) and a suitable wrench. The seal is created without additional sealant - metal-to-metal contact. Assembly and disassembly is quick and easy.
