Heat exchangers made of flexible stainless steel tubes. AZ heat exchangers are used in industrial applications and in the management of building utilities (HVACR), e.g. storage tanks, cooling systems or DHW boilers. They meet the requirements for applications in sanitary water cycles.
Advantages
Corrugated tubes and hoses used for heat exchangers are produced by ourselves. Based on its corrugated structure, the tube achieves turbulent flow even from smaller flow velocities, thus transferring a maximum of energy.
Performances
With our corrugated tubes, smaller heat accumulators can be built while maintaining the same performance or by leaving the size of the accumulator, a higher heat production performance can be achieved. If an AZ corrugated tube is used, the efficiency can be up to 50 % higher compared to a conventional flat tube (depending on the individual mode of use).
Application pressure
The application pressure for our standard pipe geometry is up to 16 bar.
The application pressure changes depending on the design of the support system, wall thickness, material type, geometry, application temperature and annealing process. We are at your disposal to find or develop the right solution for your application or needs.
Special materials / Nickel-free material
In addition to the corrugated pipes 1.4404 (AISI 316L) and 1.4301 (AISI 304), we also manufacture pipes
1.4571 (AISI 316Ti) and 1.4521 (AISI 444).
The 1.4521 (AISI 444) variant is particularly suitable for all applications
of drinking water. Because it is nickel-free, nickel contamination of drinking water is avoided
. This is an advantage for allergy sufferers.
Our corrugated pipes made of 1.4521 (AISI 444) are certified for drinking water use.
Other variants made of additional materials are available upon request.
